Position Overview

The Senior Technical Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of multiple technology projects and programs across the firm's business units. This role requires strong leadership in project delivery, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and process adoption, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

• Lead multiple concurrent technology initiatives from planning to execution.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in alignment with business priorities.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.

Vendor Management

• Own vendor relationships from selection and onboarding to performance tracking and contract compliance.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables and ensure SLA adherence.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies clearly and regularly.
• Drive collaboration across Engineering, Product, IT, Operations, and other teams.

Adoption & Change Management

• Champion the rollout and adoption of new AI-driven technologies and tools.
• Support organizational readiness and lead change initiatives for seamless implementation.

Operational Excellence

• Define and enforce project management standards and compliance protocols.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements to boost delivery effectiveness.

Project Delivery & Reporting

• Ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery of projects with measurable business impact.
• Track KPIs, report on progress, and proactively address risks and roadblocks.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1215 years

  of IT/technology program management experience with a strong delivery record across complex initiatives.
• Proven expertise in

  vendor management

  and

  contract negotiation

  .
• Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in
