Job Details

The role is responsible for Shift operations at casting process with expectation of delivering the production according to the priority and within required Lead-time to internal customer.

Job Requirements

Education

• Diploma Metallurgy

Relevant Experience

• Fresher / Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production

Behavioural Skills

• Self-Motivated
• Communication skills (written and verbal)
• Agile & Customer Centric

Knowledge

• Basic Knowledge on Theory of Constrains (TOC)
• Basic Knowledge on Process simplifications
• Microsoft Excel, Oracle
• MS Office with Macro
