Qualification Requirements
At least 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or coordination role.
Strong expertise in backend development (Python/Django)
Knowledge of frontend frameworks (React) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes). Hands-on experience managing repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and release processes. Demonstrated ability to review and guide code contributions, ensuring maintainability and scalability. Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in multicultural, remote, and NGO environments. Experience interfacing with stakeholders and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and distributed team collaboration. Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and negotiation skills. Capacity and willingness to progressively assume overall technical leadership of the project.
