Senior Technical Lead - UI Architect

The Senior Principal Software Engineer is a seasoned professional responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role demands a hands-on expert who writes maintainable, clean, and well-tested code while advocating for industry best practices in software development. You will play a pivotal role in architecting enterprise-grade applications, guiding technical teams, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and modern development methodologies. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business analysts and technical teams, to develop highly configurable applications that align with business goals. This position also emphasizes mentorship, fostering technical excellence, and driving continuous improvement through innovation and the adoption of cutting-edge tools and technologies. Your responsibilities will include working on complex Manufacturing Domain, leading and managing software development teams, promoting agile practices and continuous improvement, defining and executing technical architecture and strategic planning, collaborating with stakeholders, providing training and mentorship, problem-solving, hiring and onboarding, financial and resource management, ensuring policy and standards compliance, and defining and monitoring key quality metrics. You should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, with at least 12 years of experience leading and managing large software development teams. Extensive experience in goal-driven resource management, technical recruitment, and project management is required. You should have a strong proficiency in various SDLC methodologies and practices, experience in complex discrete manufacturing domains, and expertise in advanced JavaScript libraries, frameworks, and tools such as React, Redux, Node, Jest, etc. Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, containerization technologies, and microservices architecture is essential. Preferred skills include experience with technologies like Redis, Elastic search, Mongo, GenAI, RAG, or Agentic AI-related scenarios, and Backend development technologies such as Java.
