Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate software architecture, code quality, and development workflows.
  
• Ensure the stability, scalability, security, and performance of all software modules developed by the team (Node.js, React, PHP, MongoDB/MySQL).
  
• Guide the team in following best practices, coding standards, and clean architecture patterns.
  
• Conduct regular code reviews and enforce version control discipline (Git).
  
• Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and design inconsistenciessuggest proactive solutions.
  
• Lead planning and design of new modules for HMIS, LIMS, Pharmacy, and other internal systems.
  
• Coordinate with management to translate business goals into robust technical architecture.
  
• Audit existing software to identify gaps in logic, workflow, and DB structure.
  
• Improve system reliability, error-handling, and optimization.
  
• Train and mentor junior developers for long-term capability building.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of stable, production-ready features.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as Tech Lead / Software Architect.
  
• Strong expertise in

  Node.js, React, PHP, MongoDB/MySQL

  , RESTful APIs, microservices.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system optimization.
  
• Experience in healthcare/diagnostic/hospital software (preferred but not mandatory).
  
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to document clearly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  
• Leadership qualities with experience guiding a development team.
