Role Overview: You are applying for the position of Senior Technical Director at Accordion in Hyderabad, Telangana. As a Senior Technical Director, you will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring/deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. Your role will involve understanding various tools & technologies to design and implement scalable solutions for clients. You must evaluate existing architectures, recommend upgrades, and enhance performance for both on-premises and cloud-based solutions. Strong business knowledge, familiarity with industry standards, and effective communication skills are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with clients to understand their business requirements and create comprehensive business requirements. - Develop an end-to-end Business Intelligence framework based on requirements, including recommending appropriate architecture, analytics, and reporting. - Collaborate with business and technology teams to guide solution development and implementation. - Assist in developing methodologies for KPIs and Metrics with the business teams. - Work with Project Manager to develop and execute project plans within the assigned schedule and timeline. - Create standard reports and functional dashboards based on business needs. - Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to junior developers. - Recommend improvements to provide optimal reporting solutions. - Curiosity to learn new tools and technologies for futuristic client solutions. Qualifications Required: - Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges preferred. - More than 8 years of experience in a related field. - Expertise in SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS). - In-depth knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and data warehouses (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.). - Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, DOMO, Looker, etc.). - Understanding of either Azure (Data Factory & Pipelines, SQL Database & Managed Instances, DevOps, Logic Apps, Analysis Services) or AWS (Glue, Redshift, RDS, QuickSight, etc.). - Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative. - Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
