Experience in IT, SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology is a plus. Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and documentation tools (Markdown, GitHub) is required. Transform complex product features into compelling customer benefits . Develop brand stories that drive engagement and establish thought leadership. Persuasive Copywriting & Conversion Optimization: Write high-converting copy for landing pages, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads . Tailor messaging for various stages of the buyer’s journey , ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Apply psychological triggers to enhance content engagement and conversion rates . Versatility & Adaptability: Write across multiple formats, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and technical documentation . Adjust tone and style to match brand voice and specific audience segments. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical content writing, content marketing, or IT-related content creation. Flawless command of the English language with excellent grammar and clarity. Strong research & analytical skills to develop well-informed, insightful content. Expertise in SEO & keyword optimization , including experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Analytics. Proven storytelling ability to turn complex concepts into compelling narratives.
