Description
Job Purpose Back-End Development: oDesign, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and services using Node.js. oImplement secure and efficient server-side logic. oIntegrate with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. oOptimize applications for performance and scalability. Front-End Development: oCollaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes into interactive user interfaces. oDevelop responsive and performant front-end applications using frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. oEnsure seamless integration between front-end and back-end components. Code Quality & Testing: oWrite clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices. oConduct unit and integration testing using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress. oDebug and troubleshoot application issues. Collaboration & Mentorship: oWork closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. oProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. oParticipate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards. DevOps & Deployment: oSet up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments. oDeploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. oImplement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Message Queue and Microservices: oDesign and develop microservices architecture. oIntegrate and manage RabbitMQ for asynchronous messaging. oEnsure microservices are resilient, scalable, and optimized for performance. Duties and Responsibilities Back-End Development Front-End Development Required Qualifications and Experience Technical Expertise: oStrong proficiency in Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS). oProficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js). oDeep understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture. oHands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. oKnowledge of version control systems, especially Git. oExperience with message queues like RabbitMQ. oProficiency in setting up and managing Docker containers. Soft Skills: oStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. oExcellent communication and collaboration abilities. oAbility to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Experience: o7-8 years of professional experience in full-stack development. oProven track record of delivering high-quality software projects. oExperience in leading technical initiatives or teams is a plus.
