Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Lead Engineer/Technical Lead Engineer, you should possess proficiency in ECAD platforms like Capital Logic & Integrator and familiarity with Capital Harness. Your primary responsibility will be to design circuit schematics and manage Engineering change projects for Automotive applications. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of connector inline topology and ground topology to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, interpret, and upload Technical Customer Documentation (TCD's) into the Electrical Database. - Conduct circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault findings, and provide solutions for failures. - Implement various change management processes, including Engineering Change Requests. - Define cables by assigning circuits, defining cable gauge, stranding, insulation type, and cable color. - Ensure signal integrity by implementing unique requirements for circuits such as twisting, shielding, voltage rating, voltage drops, maximum resistance, and specifying insulation type for temperature and dynamics. - Participate in 2D/3D MACD bridge synchronization. Qualifications Required: - Senior level experience in designing electrical systems for Automotive applications. - Proficiency in ECAD platforms like Capital Logic & Integrator and familiarity with Capital Harness. - Strong understanding of connector inline topology and ground topology. - Experience in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault findings, and designing solutions for failures. - Knowledge of change management processes, including Engineering Change Requests. - Ability to define cables and ensure signal integrity by implementing unique requirements for circuits. - Familiarity with 2D/3D MACD bridge synchronization.
