To regularly visit the convertor units along with their sub-convertor units to check the in-process quality and production at every stage. Also to ensure SOP adherence. Role & responsibilities Monitor the live processes closely and to assure the product quality against the target. To improve the performance of the process based on the customer feedback. To reduce customer complaints by a systematic approach. Follow-up of new sample developments. Follow up of process-oriented trials. Follow up on raw material arrival lots for their quality evaluation and confirm the specified target. To ensure the prompt delivery of goods with specified quality. To monitor/support the activities of the testing lab at Gobichettipalayam. To assist in ensuring the physical stock verification at twice in a year. To develop new convertors & sub-convertors and audit them frequently. To troubleshoot in-house as well as sourcing units of manufacturing processes. To check and ensure the requirements to meet compliance and support the sourcing unit HR teams. To support the certification process of BIS/GRS and other units Preferred candidate profile Method & manufacturing of cotton/polyester yarns (other than sewing normal, compact, Eli-twist, gassed & mercerized), core spun and polyester (SSP and Dope dyed in Coats). Principles and working of all yarn testing instruments QAD. Working knowledge in the overview of whole spinning & twisting machines Working experience not less than 10 years. Your role will involve extensive experience in designing circuit schematics and Engineering change management projects for Automotive applications, with a good understanding of connector inline topology and ground topology. Your responsibilities will include gathering, interpreting, and uploading Technical Customer Documentation (TCD's) into Electrical Database. You should have expertise in circuit simulation, load calculations, Voltage drop calculations, fault findings, and designing solutions for failures. Experience in various change management processes like Engineering Change Requests will be beneficial. Additionally, you will be responsible for cable definition, which includes assigning circuits, defining cable gauge, stranding, insulation type, and cable color. You should also have experience in implementing unique requirements for circuits to ensure the integrity of the signal, such as twisting, shielding, voltage rating, voltage drops, maximum resistance, and specifying insulation type for temperature and dynamics.
