Senior - Tax - One M&A

As a member of the KPMG in India professional services firm, you will be responsible for adhering to clients" corporate income tax compliance requirements, such as assessments and filing of returns. You will be actively involved in corporate tax, M&A tax, and restructuring mandates for clients, drawing on your experience in both domestic and international tax matters. Prior experience in tax due diligence would be advantageous, and basic knowledge of other laws like FEMA and SEBI would be preferred. Your role will require strong people and client management skills, along with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization. As a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of experience in direct tax, you will bring your strong analytical ability, exceptional communication and presentation skills, good inter-personal skills, and a collaborative approach as a team player to the table.
