Senior Tax Manager

As a Tax Professional in a Dynamic Group Setting, your core responsibilities will include: Direct Tax Compliance: You will be responsible for managing TDS, ensuring accurate tax filings, and complying with reporting requirements such as Form 61A to ensure timely and full compliance. Transfer Pricing: Collaborating with Big 4 consultants for benchmarking studies and developing effective transfer pricing strategies. Litigation & Assessments: Representing the organization before tax authorities, handling assessments, drafting responses to notices, and managing appeals. Strategic Tax Planning: Supporting leadership by engaging in proactive tax planning, conducting group structure reviews, and providing insights on capital structuring. Tax Intelligence: Analyzing changing tax laws and amendments to communicate critical business impacts to decision-makers.
