WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Tax prep and filing for US individuals, small and medium sizes businesses, and non-profits / trusts

Helping resolve tax issues throughout the year

Reviewing the work of others to ensure top quality

Tax strategy and planning to help customers optimize their tax liability

Communicating with customers patiently and clearly

THIS JOB REQUIRES:

Minimum 5-7 years in Public Accounting / Tax Preparation

Experience with Partnerships, S-Corps, Non-Profits, and Individuals

Experience as a Reviewer (2 years min)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced Environment – we expect >8-12 returns / day completed during tax season

Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills

Self-Motivated and Goal Driven.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Experience in Strategic Tax Planning strongly preferred

Mytaxprepoffice & QBO experience preferred
