Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Salary Package: ₹6–8 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

12-month service agreement.

Final selected candidates will be on third-party Meraqui Ventures Pvt. Ltd. payroll and will work at Unistring Tech Solutions.

Job Overview

l We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Defence Technology organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, campus hiring, and hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

l Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical, and corporate roles. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring drives.

l Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities. Build and maintain strong relationships with TPOs (Training & Placement Officers), colleges, and recruitment consultancies for campus drives and corporate hiring. Plan and coordinate campus recruitment activities, walk-ins, and hiring events. Willing to travel across the country for campus drives, recruitment events, and hiring activities.

l Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical interviews. Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.

l Prepare Job description for technical and non-technical fresher and lateral hiring.

l Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.

l Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and recruitment analytics.

l Support employer branding and recruitment drives.

l Maintain candidate database and recruitment documentation.

Required Skills

l Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.

l Experience in technical hiring, preferably in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Defense, Aerospace, or Manufacturing domains.

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Strong networking and relationship management skills with colleges and consultancies.

l Hands-on experience with Ms office, Google sheets, PPT, ATS tools and Excel.

l Good understanding of interview coordination and stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Eligibility Criteria

l Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred.

l 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

Experience in hiring for technology-driven organisations is an added advantage.
