Job Description – Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Purpose
To drive talent acquisition activities and support HR operations across the organization. The role will focus on workforce planning, talent sourcing and pipeline development, while also managing key HR operational activities to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management and consistent implementation of HR processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Talent Acquisition – 60%
- Talent Acquisition Planning: Coordinate with department heads and project teams to understand current and future manpower requirements, prioritize vacancies and develop recruitment plans aligned with business needs.
- Talent Mapping & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, networking and other sourcing channels.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, finalize candidate profiles, coordinate interviews and obtain timely selection decisions.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment cycle, including resume screening, initial candidate discussions, interview coordination, salary negotiations, offer release and joining follow-up.
- Recruitment MIS & Analytics: Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor vacancies, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, offer acceptance and joining ratios. Share regular recruitment updates with HR management.
B. HR Operations – 40%
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, induction and exit formalities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Attendance, Leave & HRIS Management: Monitor attendance and leave records, support the implementation of HR policies and ensure proper use of the FactoHR application and other HR systems.
- HR Reporting & Employee Support: Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, support HR policy implementation and assist employees and managers with routine HR queries and operational requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources will be an advantage.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, preferably in construction, infrastructure, engineering or project-based organizations.
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Experience in manpower planning, talent mapping, sourcing strategies, stakeholder coordination and end-to-end recruitment.
- HR Operations Knowledge: Practical experience in onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, HRIS and employee lifecycle processes.
- Communication & Coordination: Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hiring managers, employees, candidates and recruitment consultants.
- Planning & Results Orientation: Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of HR operational activities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
