Senior Tableau Developer and Administrator

Role Overview: As a senior-level individual contributor master-level Tableau expert, your primary objective is to create compelling and insightful dashboards, manage the Tableau Server environment, and provide support to the user community. You will be a subject matter expert in Tableau, covering data visualization best practices, server administration, and user management. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain complex, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards in Tableau to meet business requirements. - Manage the Tableau Server environment, including user management, security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Provide training and support to Tableau users, helping them maximize the platform and create their own dashboards. - Create and manage data sources in Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Establish and promote best practices for Tableau development, data visualization, and server governance. - Monitor and optimize the performance of Tableau dashboards and the server environment. Qualifications: - 10+ years of Tableau experience with a track record of creating high-impact dashboards and managing Tableau Server. - Mastery of Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server, strong SQL skills, and understanding of data warehousing concepts. - Strong visual design skills, excellent communication and training abilities, and problem-solving skills. - Master's degree in Computer Science or Statistics required; Tableau certifications are a strong plus.,
