Senior Systems Analyst

As a Senior Systems Analyst at Visa, you will be a key player in enhancing and implementing improvements to the Deals Performa system within our Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team. Your role will involve translating requirements into Excel development models, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with business teams to establish metrics, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. You will be responsible for understanding Excel models, macros, and formulas to convert them into functional requirements. Your expertise in Visas global deals management systems and processes will be crucial in leading ad-hoc analyses and supporting future transformations. Additionally, you will work on streamlining and automating processes to enhance efficiency and meet deadlines. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in systems, Accounting, or Finance, with over 8 years of experience in system implementation, business analysis, and internal controls. Familiarity with Deals Management Systems and proficiency in Excel, including functions, formulas, PivotTables, and macros/VBA, are highly desired. Strong communication skills, project management abilities, and knowledge of agile methodology will be essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.
