Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Systems Analyst at Prepaid Management Services, a division of Mastercard focusing on Prepaid Solutions, you will be part of the Prepaid Operations & Technologies (O&T) group. Your main responsibility will be to define system requirements for a business capability, leading to the development or modification of IT systems or applications. You will work in an AGILE environment to produce system functional scopes, detailed process flows, specifications, and estimates. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams within the Prepaid Organisation and across geographies to ensure effective solutions are delivered. Key Responsibilities: - Review product requirements and contribute to solution design activities - Specify end-to-end system requirements across multiple applications and channels - Provide systems impact analysis and work estimates - Produce system functional scopes in user story form - Create detailed system process flows, data definitions, and sequence diagrams - Develop functional and non-functional specifications, including use case documents - Collaborate with product, sales, and solutions architect teams - Work with global Mastercard teams and the Prepaid Technology Portfolio Management Office - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and the Prepaid Business - Document solutions in various formats including specifications, user stories, and use cases - Work independently with minimal supervision - Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to drive projects forward - Organize and participate in business and technical workshops - Understand business process models and system component design - Use data modeling techniques and possess cards background and business knowledge - Utilize MS-Office products including Visio for high-quality documentation - Be willing to work flexible hours due to the global nature of the business Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and spoken communication skills in clear business English - Experience in Agile and Scrum environments - Ability to work independently and in collaboration with diverse teams - Knowledge of data modeling techniques - Proficiency in MS-Office products including Visio - Familiarity with global organizations and working across time zones - Technical pre-sales, finance domain, compliance project, and SAFe experience are desirable (Note: Omitting the section on Corporate Security Responsibility as it does not pertain directly to the role),
