Job Summary

System-Level Programmer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain 

    system-level or low-level software components

     using Python or Java.
  • C++
  • Build scalable backend services, APIs, and system tools that integrate seamlessly with platform components.
  • Develop, fine-tune, or integrate 

    GenAI models

     (LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models).
  • Implement 

    Agentic AI workflows

    , AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, and autonomous task execution.
  • Optimize system performance, memory management, and multithreaded/concurrent operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into engineered solutions.
  • Ensure code quality, logging, observability, and production readiness.
  • Conduct performance benchmarks, debugging, profiling, and system optimization.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI and system-level programming advancements.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in 

    Python or Java

     for system-level programming.
  • Proven experience in 

    building backend systems, tools, or services

    .
  • Deep knowledge of OS-level concepts such as:
    • Memory management
    • Multithreading
    • Concurrency
    • Networking protocols
    • IPC, sockets
  • Experience with 

    GenAI tools and frameworks

    , such as:
    • LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Gemini, etc.)
    • LangChain / LlamaIndex
    • RAG frameworks
    • Agentic AI systems (AutoGen, CrewAI, Devin-like workflows, tool-use agents)
  • Understanding of model fine-tuning, vector databases, and embeddings.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and architectural thinking skills.
