Senior System Analyst

As a System Analyst at AVIZVA, you will play a crucial role within the product development team. You will be at the forefront of the team, collaborating with product owners, system architects, lead developers, and various business and technology stakeholders to drive the solution design activities for the products. **Job Responsibilities** - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business, functional, and data requirements, translating them into system requirements. - Work closely with the system architect to comprehend the product's architecture, components, interactions, flows, and technological intricacies. - Gain insights into industry-specific datasets, their significance, and logical structuring from a data modeling perspective. - Conduct thorough industry research on relevant datasets, identify, model, and document entities, relationships, attributes, cardinality, and normalization. - Apply ETL principles to define data dictionaries, business rules, transformation logic, and enrichment logic for various datasets across source and target systems. - Define data flow, validations, and business rules for data interchange between system components or multiple systems. - Specify requirements for system integrations, including systems involved, services (APIs) utilized, nature of integration, and handshake details. - Identify use cases for data exposure via APIs within an entity/dataset, define API signatures, and create detailed API documentation. - Provide necessary clarifications to the development team regarding requirements, system design, integrations, data flows, and scenarios. - Support other product teams reliant on the APIs and integrations defined by your team, aiding in their understanding of endpoints, logics, entity structure, etc. - Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming activities through functional and data analysis. **Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles like Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business System Analyst. - Proficiency in analyzing and defining systems of varying complexity, data modeling, writing SQL queries, and familiarity with Elasticsearch indexes. Experience with Unstructured data is advantageous. - Experience in defining entities, APIs, writing API specifications, and consumer specifications. - Ability to map data from diverse sources to consumer endpoints like systems, services, UI, processes, etc. - Familiarity with data management products based on ETL principles, managing multiple datasets, different data sources, and target systems. - Strong analytical skills, adept at understanding various business problems and proposing technology solutions through stakeholder interactions. - Exposure to diagrammatic analysis using BPMN & UML diagrams for business processes, data, and system flows. - Experience in writing requirements documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Use-Cases, User-Stories, etc. - Understanding of IT system components, interactions, database structures, data flows, and system flows. - Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence. - Experience in product implementations, customizations, and UX design activities will be advantageous. - Awareness of Healthcare & Insurance business and data is highly beneficial.
