Senior Support Manager Network L3

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage L3 network support operations.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex network issues (LAN, WAN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VPNs).
  • Ensure timely resolution of incidents and root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Work with vendors and cross-functional teams for escalations and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement network policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide support engineers in network troubleshooting and service delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvements in monitoring, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 810 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with strong focus on network support.
  • Expertise in enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools and ITSM processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) preferred.
