As a Senior Success Guide at Salesforce, you will be instrumental in assisting customers with transforming their businesses and achieving faster time-to-value. Your role involves leveraging deep product knowledge, hands-on solutioning, and consultative engagement to drive customer adoption and outcomes. Here is a breakdown of what you will be responsible for: - Engage with customers to understand and translate their business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions. - Conduct org health assessments to review challenges, analyze performance, and provide best practice recommendations using tools like Salesforce Optimizer. - Perform advanced security assessments to identify risks and recommend best practices for improving security and compliance. - Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable and high-performing solutions. - Lead demos, proof-of-concepts, and solution-building sessions to accelerate feature adoption. - Co-develop solution components with customers to ensure quick value realization. - Provide expert coaching sessions and technical guidance tailored to customer needs. - Offer product education and adoption guidance to help customers achieve their business outcomes. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Service Cloud and support internal enablement efforts. - Design and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and maturity. - Drive measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction to generate positive feedback. In terms of qualifications, the following are required: - Minimum 5 years of development experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. - Relevant Salesforce certifications including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 2. - Hands-on expertise in Service Cloud capabilities. - Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning using LWC and Apex. - Familiarity with data integration tools and experience in integrating Salesforce with various systems. - Knowledge of platform authentication patterns and security capabilities. - Experience in building scalable solutions using Visualforce, Apex, and Web Services. - Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and declarative automation tools. - Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
