Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Subeditor, located in Gwalior. The Senior Subeditor will be responsible for overseeing content creation, editing, and proofreading. Daily tasks include managing the quality of written content, ensuring accurate and engaging text, conducting research, and editing new media content. The subeditor will also play a key role in maintaining the editorial standards of Naidunia.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Writing and Text Editing skills
• Exceptional Proofreading and Research skills
• Experience with New Media platforms
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• More than 5 years of Experience in the media industry.
• Must be techno-friendly and know about designing newspaper pages.
