Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Student Counselor/Team Lead located in Kozhikode. The role involves guiding students in their academic and career paths through personalized counseling and support. Responsibilities include developing effective counseling strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. The selected candidate will also collaborate with educators and stakeholders to create tailored opportunities for student success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in their educational and professional journeys.
• Strong Communication skills for clear and empathetic interaction with students, parents, and team members.
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address inquiries and ensure student satisfaction.
• Understanding of Education systems and practices to provide relevant and informed guidance.
• Leadership capabilities and teamwork skills to manage a team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior experience as a counselor or similar role and familiarity with training or mentoring is a plus.
