Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Student Counsellor (Study Abroad) located in Kozhikode. The Senior Student Counsellor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students interested in studying abroad. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with course and university selection, aiding in visa application processes, and providing information on scholarship opportunities. Additionally, the role involves continuous communication with students and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of the Education sector and study abroad processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse student backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in education consultancy or a related field is a plus
