To excel in this role, you should hold a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering, possess 5+ years of experience in structural design, and have strong technical skills in STAAD.Pro, RCDC, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and develop structural systems for water-retaining and non-water-retaining structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Perform structural analysis using STAAD and RCDC to determine loads, stresses, and reinforcement details. - Prepare detailed design reports, specifications, and technical documentation for projects. - Act as a liaison between the company and clients, representing the company's interests in structural design matters. - Assist the Managing Director in coordinating multiple projects and prioritizing tasks. **Qualification Required:** - Minimum Qualification: Masters Degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in Structural Engineering. - Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in structural analysis, material mechanics, and design principles. - Minimum Total Experience: 5+ years in structural design and engineering. - Corporate Experience: At least 2 years working in a structured corporate environment. - Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and RCDC for structural modelling and analysis. - Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations. - Understanding of Indian Standard (IS) codes and other relevant structural guidelines.
