Job Description

Lead the design and development of complex windmill tower structures, crane systems, and PEBs from concept to completion.
Oversee the structural analysis, design calculations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (construction, manufacturing, project management) to ensure project success.
Conduct site visits to evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in structural engineering and materials.

Desired Knowledge and Skills:

Extensive experience (5+ years) in designing steel structures for windmills, cranes, and pre-engineered buildings.
Expert knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and similar tools.
Strong understanding of seismic and wind load analysis, as well as design codes (IS, Eurocodes, AISC).
Ability to perform advanced structural analysis and optimization of designs.
Experience leading and managing teams of engineers.
Project management experience and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Masters is a plus.
Professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer, PE) are highly preferred.
