As a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Zendesk, you will play a key role in building the Zendesk Agent Workspace. This critical tool enables seamless work for Zendesk Support agents across various channels within a single ticket interface. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex, scalable front-end applications while ensuring alignment with overall business and product strategies.
