About the Role

Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications, and prescribed treatments accurately.
Monitor and record patient vital signs; assist in diagnostics and physical assessments.
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities (bathing, mobility, surgical drains, etc.)
Maintain precise and timely medical documentation and patient records in compliance with policy protocols
Aid physicians during examinations and treatments; assist patients with pre- and post-operative care
Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication, self-care, and preventive health measures
Facilitate safe and hygienic working environments maintaining infection control standards; manage equipment and cleanliness of wards
Mentor, supervise, and coordinate with junior nursing staff where

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong clinical acumen, with sound knowledge of nursing procedures and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-centric approach
Ability to assess patient conditions, prioritize tasks, and make decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with digital or manual medical documentation systems.
Physical stamina and adaptability to fast-paced, emotionally demanding environments
A valid nursing license/registration from the respective State Nursing Council per Indian Nursing Council norms
