Job description Create and own detailed program plans, schedules and charts and maintain communicable metrics (resource utilization, program costs, roadmaps) for management review Remove project impediments by rigour planning and act quickly on resolving ad-hoc resource / setup requirements Understand and deal with rapid Agile development cycles; Remain flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Ability to create and manage sprints through Scrum model, manage recurring activities through Kanban style and quickly provide resolutions Plan achievable goals working with vendor PMs and cross functional teams Create traceability through better dashboards Automate Reporting and provide actionable triggers Work with Internal and External Hardware, Software, QA and Product teams to meet project deadlines and make necessary corrections and alternative plans to keep final deliverables on time Mandatory skills: 5+ years of Program Management experience in an electronic product development scenario with hands-on experience in SDLC and hardware product development Successful delivery of commercial high tech electronic products Experience in managing 5G / 4G Radio, Baseband Programs is preferrable Proficient in MS Project, JIRA, Excel, MS Project, SQL PMP / ITIL certification is a plus Hands-on Agile experience or Scrum certification is a plus Motivation to be self-driven and not afraid to get hands dirty Desired skills: PMP / ITIL certification is a plus Hands-on Agile experience or Scrum certification is a plus Motivation to be self-driven and not afraid to get hands dirty Knowledge of Automotive / Electronics product engineering is a plus Preferred Qualifications: Education : B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science Engineering Experience : 16-20 years of Total Experience in a Wireless/Wireline Product development Diversity and Inclusion Statement : Tejas Networks is an equal opportunity employer.
