Key Responsibilities: - Write and review high-quality code to meet functional requirements. - Analyze client needs and envision solutions using appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks. - Design methodologies and tool sets to implement solutions effectively. - Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities to enable application development. - Lead/support UAT and production rollouts. - Validate WBS and estimated effort for tasks and modules. - Address issues promptly and embrace challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement. - Provide constructive feedback to team members and assist in troubleshooting complex bugs. - Propose solutions during code/design reviews and justify decisions taken. - Conduct POCs to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet requirements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/relational databases, OOPs, data structures, and algorithms. - Expertise in Microservices design, event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Octopus) and best practices in application monitoring, logging, and tracing. - Strong understanding of enterprise application design and deployment. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams.,
