If you have 10+ years of experience and a strong background in CRM Salesforce development, customization, and implementation, you might be the perfect fit for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write and review high-quality code - Understand functional requirements thoroughly and analyze clients" needs - Envision overall solutions for defined functional and non-functional requirements - Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for application development - Lead/support UAT and production rollouts - Create, understand, and validate WBS and estimated effort for a given module/task - Address issues promptly, respond positively to setbacks, and embrace continuous improvement - Provide constructive feedback to team members, set clear expectations, and mentor them - Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs - Come up with solutions during code/design reviews and justify decisions taken - Conduct POCs to ensure suggested designs/technologies meet requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Strong experience in CRM Salesforce development, customization, and implementation - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOS - Hands-on experience in Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ - Experience with REST and SOAP APIs - Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills - Ability to ensure data quality, integrity, and security through effective data governance practices - Effective communication skills to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - Passion for building great solutions and mentoring team members for high standards of delivery - Understanding of technology integration scenarios for complex troubleshooting We are excited to see how your expertise and passion can contribute to our team's success at Nagarro!,
