Senior SQL & Reporting Automation Specialist

You will be working in Pune, following a Monday to Thursday schedule in the office with the flexibility of working from home on Fridays during early US shifts. Our client is a U.S. based group of credit and finance companies specializing in lending to niche industries such as hospitality, construction, and Commercial Real Estate (CRE). We focus on providing quick, adaptable, and dependable financing to small business owners and real estate developers across the USA. As a Senior SQL & Reporting Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, deploying, and maintaining SQL databases. You will design and automate reports using SSRS and SSAS, collaborating with various departments to meet data and reporting requirements. Your responsibilities will include writing complex SQL queries, optimizing database performance, ensuring data accuracy, and creating comprehensive reports for stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in SQL database development, optimization, and maintenance. Proficiency in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) is essential. You must possess strong skills in database performance tuning, query optimization, and the ability to design and automate reports to fulfill business needs. Experience with data analysis and business intelligence tools is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills are crucial, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
