Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior SQL Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:Design and architect scalable SQL Server database systemsLead data modeling, database design, and ETL processesCollaborate with development teams for seamless DB integrationMaintain database standards, best practices, and technical documentationTroubleshoot complex DB issues and optimize performanceImplement robust security and compliance frameworksMentor junior DB professionals
Mandatory Technical Skills:10+ years of SQL Server experienceAdvanced T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuningExperience with high availability (Clustering, Mirroring, Always-On)Hands-on with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL toolsAzure SQL / AWS RDS experienceStrong knowledge of security, BI, and DW concepts
Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesStrong leadership and mentoring experienceEffective communication with cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented and quality-focused
