Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SQL Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server . This role requires a strategic thinker with advanced technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable SQL Server database systems Lead data modeling , database design, and ETL processes Collaborate with development teams for seamless database integration Maintain database standards , best practices, and technical documentation Troubleshoot complex database issues and optimize performance Implement robust security and compliance frameworks Mentor and guide junior database professionals Mandatory Technical Skills 10+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Expert in T-SQL , data modeling, and performance tuning Experience with high availability solutions (Clustering, Mirroring, Always-On) Proficiency in SSIS , Azure Data Factory , or similar ETL tools Experience with Azure SQL and/or AWS RDS Strong understanding of security , business intelligence (BI) , and data warehousing (DW) concepts Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven leadership and mentoring experience Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams Highly detail-oriented and focused on quality
