Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SQL Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of robust database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Key Responsibilities Design and architect scalable SQL Server database systems. Lead data modeling, database design, and ETL processes. Collaborate with development teams for seamless DB integration. Maintain database standards, best practices, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot complex DB issues and optimize performance. Implement robust security and compliance frameworks. Mentor junior DB professionals. Mandatory Technical Skills 10+ years of SQL Server experience. Advanced T-SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning. Experience with high availability (Clustering, Mirroring, Always-On). Hands-on with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar ETL tools. Azure SQL / AWS RDS experience. Strong knowledge of security, BI, and DW concepts. Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and mentoring experience. Effective communication with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and quality-focused. Good to Have Oracle/MySQL experience. DevOps & CI/CD exposure. Data governance, data science, or ML familiarity
