Senior Specialist SAP FI

As a Senior Specialist - SAP FI at House of Shipping, you will be responsible for leading and supporting Finance-related activities within our SAP S/4HANA ecosystem. Your role will involve driving full-cycle SAP FI implementations, providing ongoing support, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance finance processes through digital transformation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases of SAP FI modules in S/4HANA environments - Providing second and third-level support for SAP FI, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving continuous improvements - Acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams to gather requirements and design scalable finance solutions - Collaborating with other modules for integrated processes and supporting financial reporting initiatives - Mentoring junior team members and leading knowledge-sharing sessions with business users - Maintaining high-quality documentation of configuration, process flows, and change management protocols Additionally, you will configure and support SAP FI functionalities aligned with shipping industry requirements, such as revenue recognition for vessel chartering, port disbursement accounting, and bunker cost allocation. You will also lead SAP S/4HANA rollout activities for FI across different shipping entities, ensuring accurate mapping of business processes like voyage cost control, intercompany settlements, and treasury integration.
