As a Senior Specialist at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team within Services, an organization dedicated to developing innovative marketing solutions that enhance client performance. With 6-8 years of experience in Analytics, Marketing Science, or Data Science, you will lead the design and implementation of various analytical methodologies to drive marketing strategies and business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include conducting A/B tests, analyzing customer journeys and marketing funnels, and developing predictive models for segmentation and targeting. You will also provide thought leadership in marketing measurement and optimization, translating insights into actionable strategies through effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Mentoring junior analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential in ensuring the success of data-driven initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess an undergraduate degree along with deep analytical expertise in consulting or data science, with a focus on marketing analytics. Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, R, or SAS is required, along with a solid understanding of business KPIs, financials, and statistical modeling. Your ability to generate innovative solutions, communicate insights effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
