Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations (APAC)

As a Senior Specialist, Marketing Operations (APAC) at StoneX, your role will involve ensuring that APAC Marketing projects are delivered on time, on target, and to a high standard of excellence. You will report to the Head of Marketing (APAC) in Singapore and align APAC Marketings requirements with Global Marketings operations and resources. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate APAC Marketing and Global Marketing teams across different time zones to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Utilize project management platforms to create projects, engage project groups, track project statuses, and generate reports. - Establish resource transparency, optimize processes, and foster strong cross-functional relationships between APAC Marketing and Global Marketing. - Collaborate with Global Marketing Operations for enhancing global operations. - Maintain an APAC project database for alignment with APAC Business stakeholders. - Continuously learn about APAC Business and Marketing strategies to represent APAC interests effectively. - Uphold Global Marketing Operations best practices, localize as needed, and provide monthly reports to the Head of Marketing (APAC). Qualifications: - Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence. - Experience in managing cross-functional projects across time zones, cultures, and languages. - Ability to make data-driven strategic and operational improvements. - Flexibility to support time-sensitive, high-priority projects across regions. - Strong ability to work under tight deadlines, prioritize effectively, and communicate proactively. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery. What makes you stand out: - Experience working in both in-house and agency environments. - Previous experience in the financial services industry. - Fluency in English and a second Asian language, with Mandarin being preferred.,
