Senior Specialist- Inventory & Cost Accouting

We are now seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Inventory & Cost Accounting function as a Senior Specialist. As a Senior Specialist based out of our Finance Shared Service Centre in Hyderabad, India, your responsibilities will include managing inventory reconciliations, communicating with stakeholders, supporting audits, and aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert. You will drive process improvements, adhere to internal controls, provide excellent service, collaborate with team members, and ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Assistant Manager/Operations Leader Operations, you will ensure timely and qualitative performance of deliverables related to month-end activities, inventory listings, inventory GL reconciliations, and support in quarterly and year-end activities. Additionally, you will provide necessary support to business teams, accounting teams, legal entities, and regional controllers, along with assisting in the preparation of Metrics, Dashboards, and KPIs for reporting to Management. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Semi-Qualified CMA, Qualified CMA, or MBA (Finance) with 1 to 3 years of experience in Inventory & Cost Accounting, Record to Report (R2R), or General Ledger Accounting. Preferred experience includes Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Product Costing, and working knowledge of Microsoft Tools such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Exposure to SAP ERP (FI-CO and CO-PCA) as an end-user, as well as the Blackline tool, is preferred. You should be flexible to work in regional shifts during month-end closing, adaptable to changing business needs, and have strong communication skills. IFF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
