Job Description

As an HRMS Implementation Specialist with over 6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with clients to analyze their current HR processes, identify pain points, and gather future requirements. You will then translate these insights into actionable implementation plans, ensuring customer satisfaction ratings exceed 4 post-implementation. Your role will involve developing and managing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and client responsibilities to achieve a Project Delivery (On Time) rate of 95% for assigned projects. You will configure and customize HRMS modules to align with client requirements and best practices, focusing on data integrity. Thorough testing of the HRMS system and its integrations will be essential, working closely with clients to validate functionality and data accuracy. You will lead regular project status meetings, effectively communicating progress, risks, and proposed solutions while fostering a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices. Compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols throughout the implementation process is crucial. You will serve as a subject matter expert on the HRMS platform, delivering training sessions for client users and providing ongoing support during the initial go-live phase. Documenting implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements will be part of your routine tasks. Gathering client feedback and evaluating project outcomes against established goals will contribute to the continual refinement of implementation methodologies. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Additionally, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HRMS software implementation, with a proven track record of successfully deploying HRMS solutions. Familiarity with leading HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ZOHO, Darwin Box, or similar is essential. Solid project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Experience in direct client interaction, understanding needs, and providing solutions-oriented support is highly valued. Familiarity with data migration processes and relevant tools in HR data is advantageous, and certification in specific HRMS modules or project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) is a plus.,
