Senior Specialist, Customer Success

Role Overview: You will be the Senior Specialist assigned to oversee a territory of high value customers. Your role will involve building a deep understanding of the services that our accounts are contracted for, the underlying infrastructure, and how customers use our products in downstream applications and users. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the infrastructure is optimized and future-proofed to deliver services in the best possible way, by understanding and mitigating any current or future capacity/performance constraints or technology obstacles. - Pro-actively organize customer meetings, technology and content workshops, product and strategy presentations. - Maintain an expert view on all product roadmaps and ensure our customers are knowledgeable about upcoming new content additions, technology enhancements, and strategic product launches. - Network with key business sponsors and technical leads to drive increased adoption and usage of our data. - Prioritize all ongoing service incidents and act as a point of escalation to help resolve any issues impacting service, working closely with various teams including Customer Engineering, Client Services, Delivery, and Exchange Relations. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in the market data, front office, and/or electronic trading domain in roles such as Technical Account Management, Client Success, Pre-Sales, Support, or Product capacity. - Significant exposure to associated technology, connectivity, terminology, vendors, trading venues, market forces, and regulation. - Excellent understanding of financial markets, the trading life cycle, and related terminology. - Knowledgeable of various asset classes covering real-time data, referential, and historical data.
