Job Description

The Senior Specialist will be assigned to oversee a territory of high-value customers. You will build a deep understanding of the services our accounts are contracted for, the underpinning infrastructure, and the customers" use of our products in downstream applications and users. Your role includes ensuring that the infrastructure is optimized and future-proofed to deliver services in the best possible way, addressing any current or future capacity/performance constraints or technology obstacles proactively. You will organize customer meetings, technology and content workshops, product and strategy presentations, maintaining expertise on all product roadmaps to ensure our customers are informed about upcoming content additions, technology enhancements, and strategic product launches. You will navigate and network with key business sponsors and technical leads to drive increased adoption and usage of our data. Additionally, you will prioritize ongoing service incidents and act as a point of escalation to help resolve any perceived issues impacting service, working closely with various teams within the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in the market data, front office, and/or electronic trading domain in a Technical Account Management, Client Success, Pre-Sales, Support, or Product capacity role. You must have significant exposure to associated technology, connectivity, terminology, vendors, trading venues, market forces, and regulation. An excellent understanding of financial markets, the trading life cycle, and related terminology is essential. Knowledge of various asset classes covering real-time data, referential, and historical data is also required. In terms of technical skills, you should be an expert user of Microsoft Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint. Understanding networking and associated protocols is important, as well as having UNIX or similar command-line experience (desirable). Some programming experience in Java, C#, or C++ would be advantageous. Personal skills required for this role include being a confident and professional communicator, both verbal and written. You should be logical and methodical at troubleshooting, comfortable following established processes and procedures, and identifying the need for process improvement. The ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure, strong presentation and organization skills, excellent time management skills, and fluency in Business English are also essential. This role offers work-from-home flexibility of one day per week.,
