Senior Specialist - Compensation and Benefits

As a Specialist in Compensation & Benefits at CGI based in Bangalore, India, with 3+ years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Managing Compensation including Variable/Ownership Plans - Partnering with the local HR during annual appraisal cycle to ensure accurate and error-free data - Working closely with the Talent Planning team to review jobs using the job framework of survey house and liaising with vendors for benchmarking data sharing - Handling compensation-related queries promptly - Handling Insurance Benefits - Partnering with Insurance brokers to design policies, manage end-to-end renewal process, and build employee communication strategy - Coordinating with the regional TC team, Insurance broker, and other stakeholders for Insurance activity management - Analyzing and sharing utilization summary, presenting key metrics, and preparing for negotiations during renewals - Managing employee queries and claim utilization end-to-end with the Insurer and broker You should possess the following qualifications to excel in this role: - MBA or Postgraduate in Human Resources - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & SharePoint) - Total Compensation Domain Knowledge and Tools Additionally, CGI emphasizes ownership, teamwork, respect, and belonging.
