Summary: The Revenue Cycle - Front End Solution Consultant configures, tests, and supports patient access and registration workflows, delivering reliable front-end revenue cycle processes. Core Responsibilities: Configure patient registration parameters, scheduling rules, and eligibility checking per design specs. Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; document outcomes and manage defect resolution with offshore teams. Provide tier-2 support for patient access workflows. Assist in migrating patient demographics, scheduling, and eligibility data. Maintain detailed configuration runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Train registration and scheduling staff on system functionality and best practices. Monitor front-end transaction performance and recommend optimizations. Technical Skills & Certifications: Proven configuration experience with Cerner Patient Access and Scheduling modules. Familiarity with data reconciliation and reporting. Experience: 4-6 years of Cerner front-end revenue cycle implementation or support. Demonstrated success optimizing patient access workflows. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills. Collaborative approach and attention to detail.
