Job description Roles and Responsibilities: Input to the planning, evaluation and approval of projects. Take part in the delivery of small to medium sized projects. Translate business requirements into functional (WD resource) & technical (technical resource) specification documents. Evaluate demands and implement changes. Handle and resolve incidents. Delivery of quality solutions and documentation in line with company policies and standards. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field. Required Skills: 7+ years SAP WD and LE experience. Expert knowledge of the following SAP modules: WD (Warehouse and Distribution) and LE (Logistics execution): Warehouse configuration Warehouse integration with MM/PE/QM/SD Handling unit management Interface Integration for warehouse receiving, shipping and material status changes Inbound & Outbound process Intercompany. EDI. Subcontracting Staging to Production Batch traceability Master Data to support warehouse processes and the data required to integration with procurement, production, quality and sales. Radio Frequency Configuration and Technical set up on units Experience in reading ABAP and debugging skills is a plus. Experience of validated solutions Experience of Labelling solutions Knowledge of the integration aspects with FI. Experience with interfacing to external applications. Experience in the SAP Module MM Experience with S/4 HANA is a plus, but will not be applicable in their day to day activities. Design, configure, and test SAP WD functionalities to meet business requirements. Assist in requirement gathering sessions to understand business objectives and translate them into SAP WD solutions. Provide expertise in warehouse design and layout. Customize and enhance SAP WD functionalities to fit specific business needs, including developing custom reports and interfaces. Analyze complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, and design system specifications. Collaborate with consultants from other SAP modules (e.g., PM, MM, QM, SD & FI) for process integration. Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive user documentation.
