As a Sr. Solution Architect specializing in the Trust & Safety domain at Wipro Limited, your role will be crucial in designing and proposing innovative solutions to address clients" challenges in areas such as content moderation, fraud prevention, account security, and platform integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive Trust & Safety solutions, incorporating technologies like AI/ML, data analytics, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. - Develop a deep understanding of the company's product and service offerings related to Trust & Safety. - Translate complex client requirements and industry challenges into robust and scalable technical solutions. - Ensure solutions are designed for effectiveness, efficiency, user experience, and compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines. - Create and present solution blueprints, diagrams, and technical documentation. - Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the Trust & Safety domain. - Develop compelling value propositions and solution concepts for potential clients. - Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create tailored presentations and demonstrations showcasing capabilities. - Build and maintain a repository of reusable solution components and pitch materials. - Lead the technical response to RFPs, RFIs, and other client solicitations related to Trust & Safety. - Analyze RFP requirements thoroughly and develop a winning solution strategy. - Write clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposals with accuracy and completeness. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure alignment. - Manage timelines and deliverables for technical proposal components.
