Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java for web applications. Lead and guide API automation using Postman and Rest Assured, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for RESTful services. Set up automated Functional / API regression suites integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Provide hands-on leadership in designing mobile automation strategies for iOS and Android platforms using tools like Appium or similar frameworks. Ensure device compatibility testing and performance benchmarking. Establish quality gates, maintain high code quality in test automation suites, and collaborate with DevOps for smooth test orchestration. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, Product) to align testing goals with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools through innovation and automation.
