Senior Software QA Engineer

Join us as a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in our Pune workplace team to contribute to our mission of driving developer productivity, cross-platform device independence, and software platform consistency. You will collaborate closely with software developers and other QA engineers to ensure that our solutions meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that testing activities align with business requirements and end-user expectations, establishing and maintaining QA processes, developing comprehensive software test plans, executing test designs, reporting defects, running regression automation scripts, and analyzing failures. You will actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to requirement gathering, test planning, execution, and progress reporting, and provide support to customers by addressing training issues and identifying defects. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in Software QA. Strong problem-solving skills, expertise in identifying and resolving software issues, experience in defect reporting and management, and hands-on experience with Agile development processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or other CAD software, experience with QA Automation tools, knowledge of Python and JavaScript for test automation, proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and GitHub, passion for emerging technologies, and experience managing complex projects and collaborating with software development teams.
