Senior Software Programmer

As a Senior Software Programmer at JiBe, you will play a crucial role in the development efforts of our agile team. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Becoming the technical focal point for the team, driving development efforts and design - Working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful task deliveries and provide solutions for business needs - Providing technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members - Ensuring a high level of development and delivery standards for your team as per organizational policies To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Minimum of 7 years of software development experience, with a focus on backend or full stack development - At least 2 years of experience as a web solutions lead developer or a technical lead for large-scale distributed systems based on cloud infrastructure - Minimum of 3 years of development and design experience with Node.js - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with relational databases - Practical experience with microservices architecture, development quality methodologies, and testing - Familiarity with OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles - Strong interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills - Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Self-driven, able to work well with minimal supervision in a diverse team environment - Proficiency in verbal and written English communication - Willingness to transition gradually to a full-stack role while maintaining a focus on backend development Additionally, the following qualifications are advantageous: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with NoSQL databases - Hands-on experience with AWS and its services - Comfortable working with Windows and Linux in production environments - Experience with agile methodologies - Practical experience in areas such as performance analysis, application security, data streaming, and other cloud platforms may provide an advantage for you and your team Join JiBe's team and be a part of revolutionizing the shipping industry with our cloud-based ERP system.,
